A bacon hock is a cut that is the joint between the tibia and metatarsals of the pigs foot- where the foot was attached to the pig’s leg. Bacon hocks are perfect for this winter season, they are perfect for soups and stews.  They are smoked in house give that deep natural manuka smokey flavor.
