Boerewors is a type of sausage that originally comes from Namibia and South Africa. This sausage is known for its distinctive spiral shape and the delicious flavours of beef, coriander seeds, nutmeg and cloves. Boerewors can be cooked on the bbq, roasted or pan-fried. Make sure you don’t pierce the sausage with a fork, this way you retain the moisture and the ingredients of the sausage.

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
