Babe in a Box

Our Babe in a Box is 1/4 of a pig, this pack includes:

• 1/2 Rack Frenched
• 4x Loin Chops
• 1/2 Pork Belly OR Strips
• 1/2 Leg Roast 
• 1/2 Shoulder Rolled Roast
• 250g Pork Mince
• 1x Pork Hock

All of our pork is our own pork and free-range grazed on our farms in Wellington, Wairarapa and the Tararua regions. The only pork we bring in is from Longbush in the Wairarapa to make our bacon, but it is still New Zealand Pork & Free Range.  

Our Babe in a Box is 1/4 of a pig, approximately 15kgs based on a 60kg whole pig carcass.

Please Note:

• The weight of the carcass is not the weight you receive, as the carcass weight is before it has been boned.
• We can provide the head of the pig for an extra cost of $20, to cover the shipping of the head.
