How To Use: A delicious dry rub for meats and fish - just roll that tuna or salmon in the rub before pan searing or plank roasting. Transform your homemade burger patties by adding it to your ground beef spice combo. Seal in moisture and add flavor to roasted chicken and for extra flavour, use it with steak or ribs before throwing them on the grill.

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
