Our favourite way to enjoy this product is to partially boil potatoes, place your potatoes on a baking tray, spray with Cornhusker Kitchen's Duck Fat Spray and then place in the oven. You will then have perfectly crunchy potatoes, ready for you to enjoy.

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
