Our gourmet Pinot Noir & Cracked Pepper sausages are a delicious addition to our sausage range, made with real Wairarapa Wine and fresh cracked pepper. These are sure to please whether you are serving them at dinner with your family or for a dinner party with friends. Great addition to a platter when entertaining.

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
