Lamb spare ribs are pretty self-explanatory, again a very versatile cut of lamb you can cook them in many ways from the oven, bbq or slow cooker. As the meat is close to the bone, Lamb Spare Ribs are full of flavour. Lamb Spare Ribs are great for sharing, they are delicious fresh from the bbq and even cold the next day- the trick is having a great rub or glaze on them!

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
