Eye fillet is a cut that spans from the short loin and the sirloin and can also be called the Tenderloin. Eye fillet is a beautifully tender and flavoursome cut of meat. Eye fillet is perfect for a roast with the family and is a decadent treat when you use it to make a Beef Wellington. It can be used whole or cut into small thick steaks with little or no fat.

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
