The Vineyard, Pinot Noir quince jelly is a special condiment. This Award Winning jelly was a finalist in 2017 Outstanding NZ food producer awards and a finalist in the 2018 Inspire NZ artisan awards.
Both the fragrant quince and early pickings of the Pinot Noir grapes are hand selected from Mt Barker and Aitken's Folly Vineyard, Wanaka. The marriage of sun-drenched land and human hand made make for a delicious, sustainable, sweet or savoury jelly. Enjoy with Beef, Pork, Lamb, Dark chocolate, Cheese, A dollop in the jus, Glaze the ham and even on the Christmas Pavlova. A Chef's secret!

All of our orders nationwide are shipped in an insulated Chilltainer which retains the cold for up to 5 days, along with this packaging we place ice packs within your delivery to make sure the meat arrives to your cold and ready to be placed in the freezer or fridge. Make sure you freeze your meat down within 5 days of receiving it. Place your Chilltainer in your normal curb-side recycling bin, alternatively if you live locally you can drop it back to us and we can recycle it for you.
All of our cuts that are delivered a vacuum packed in plastic vacuum bags ready for the freezer.
