In the event of any cancelled order, direct debit payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.

As well as creating an audience of what you like, your demographics and interests, so we can target our products more effectively to other similar audiences.
To advertise, we also use MailChimp, an email marketing software which allows us to securely manage your data, allowing us to design and send you emails and newsletters.
Our payment processors are PayPal, Shopify Payments, Shopify POS and Part Pay. These payment gateways are a server which connects our website to the one or more payment switches or processor network. It lets our website register know whether a charge is approved by your bank and then submits your charges for settlement. Payment gateways enable online transfer of money by communicating with different parties involved in the transaction. We use, what we believe to be the safest payment processors, to ensure that your data is safe and secure.

Refunds
Whenever possible, Homegrown Farm Fresh Meats and Homegrown Butchery will replace damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued.
