Shrikal's Grilled Lamb Cutlets in Melon Creme Sauce with Arborio Rice

Ingredients:
80g Arborio Rice
1x Rock Melon
300ml Cream
Rocket

Method:
Grill lamb Cutlets 3 mins each side (or to your preference) & cook the arborio rice.
Peel and Grate the rock melon add to cream and bring to a slow simmer. Simmer for 5 mins.
Plate up: 
1. Arborio rice
2. Lamb Cutlets
3. Melon Creme Sauce
4. Garnish with Rocket
