Our take on a traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning!
This spice is really fun, and will spark some exiting new dishes at home. Traditionally rubbed into chicken and then grilled - but has so many uses!
Try it with chorizo mince, simmer with mixed beans and tomatoes, add to flour to make the best crispy fried chicken seasoning, rub on beef for tacos, Add to French fries for a fun twist. Rub on a whole chicken and roast, pop a sprinkle on your guac or mix into salsas. Try it in patties or any food thats going on the BBQ. Mix with oil if you like a wet marinade.
The rub does have a kick - medium heat! start with a small quantity and add more if you desire.
This rub pairs beautifully with fruity flavours like pineapple salsa, mango salad, grilled peaches.
